Mr Yongming Hu used to work in a stated-owned Machinery enterprise as the general manager.

He started his own business and established this company at his 50s, in 2007. He have 4 employees in all from 2007 to 2012. Now he has a background of 40 years of experience of Inventory Control supervisor, Production planner , Steel Buyer and Supply Chain Manager, Mechanical General manager.

Mr Brian Cheng, Mr Hu's son in law, graduated from university in 2005 having a bachelor's degree, majored in Chemical engineering and processing. First he worked in Sinopec as a chemical engineer from 2005 to 2009. Then he changed his career life, He worked for a design company as a chemical engineering designer. He started his career in Jiahui from2009.

Mr Harvey Cheng graduated from university in 2012 having a bachelor's degree, majored in Mechanical engineering and casting. He worked in Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd, one of the largest equipment manufacturing conglomerates in China. Now he is the buyer and product manager in Jiahui.

Mrs fangyuan zhang graduated from university in 2016 having Master's degree, Her undergraduate major is Mechanical engineering and Mould manufacturing.
