In the same year, the factory, Dongguan Century Creation Insulation Co., Ltd, was set up in the Xisha Si'er Industrial Area, Gaobu, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, as a wholly Hong Kong-owned company. The initial investment reached HKD 100,000,000. By now, the plant phase I is set up, with the area greater than 25,000m2, and the plant phase II is under preparation.
