In 2011, ZUOERTEQ was established in HK.

In 2012, we built our own factory in Dongguan focus on CNC machining and turning.

In 2016, we expanded our factory to stamping and sheet metal production.

In 2021, we moved to brand new facility with 5000 square meters production areas.

With our contract partners, we could also offer die casting, sand casting, extrusion, mould and plastic injection.

We are trying to serve our customers as ONE STOP custom fabrication provider from design to production and logistics.

We can support small to medium production requirements as well as big volume production in high mix and high complexity.

Currently we have more than 50 experienced employees in production, engineer, quality control, and office staff. Some of them are with more than 20 years' experience in related area.

With them, we could offer professional engineering and manufacturing service to meet various strict demand from our partners.

We also have experienced sourcing team to serve our partners for those outsourced projects or partial projects.

We are updating our facility continously, right now we have 25 sets of up to date CNC machining center, 10 sets of CNC lathing, 5 set of auto turning machine, 3 surface grinders, 2 slow wire cut machine, etc.

Our stamping facility has 8 stamping machines, 2 laser cutting machine, 4 benders, 3 welding machines, ect.

The testing instruments are also up to date and some of them are imported from western countries.

Shbury was established in 2014,after about 10 years development ,it has grown up to be one of the highly reputable supplier in terms of the service of CNC precision machining, CNC turning parts ,vacuum casting rapid prototypes and so on. Being based in South China, ShenZhen city ,the engine room of China precision manufacturing - means that all of our resources are easily accessible. Equipped with over 20 sets of CNC machines, 10 vacuum casting machines, our capabilities include CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, wire EDM, and vacuum casting production.

By keeping a midsize company scale of only 30 employees, Shbury is small enough to respond to individual requirements quickly, but large enough to provide a high level of quality control.

With considering new business strategy , Shbury decided to built up division of foreign trading with cutting down domestic business in the meanwhile .
