Shenzhen Jinkeli Precision Die-casting Products Co. Ltd. is specialized in all kinds of metal die-casting mould and all kinds of precision die-casting parts and CNC precision parts.

The factory was established in 2006.Our company located in NO121 Tangxiayong industry ,Songgang Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen, China. We are mould designer, provide additional services , such as CNC machining, polishing, sanding, drilling,tapping and so on. To meet our customers specifications, We also supply all kinds of surface treatment,such as painting, anodizing,painting ,powder coating ,sand blast, chrome plating etc.

Now the factory is with 5000 square meter, company total assets is 15 million RMB ,and a staff of nearly 150 members and workers, among which there are 12 engineers and over 50 senior technicians, who can make 3D designing and technical drawings with CAD/CAM/CAE according to our customers' requirements , and use CNC Processing Center, EDM center, 3-coordinate measurer, NC imitating milling machine, large precision EDM, high-speed milling machines, spot machine, wiring machine and so on.

The major production including automotive, Motorcycle accessories,bicycles, electric cars accessories,electrical appliances, computer accessories, industrial communication, lighting, motor bracket,electric equipment, security accessories, monitor accessories,cooling equipment and other products of metal die casting.And we are happy to co-operate with customer who need to do OEM products by using aluminum alloy and zinc alloy material.

In 2011, ZUOERTEQ was established in HK.

In 2012, we built our own factory in Dongguan focus on CNC machining and turning.

In 2016, we expanded our factory to stamping and sheet metal production.

In 2021, we moved to brand new facility with 5000 square meters production areas.

With our contract partners, we could also offer die casting, sand casting, extrusion, mould and plastic injection.

We are trying to serve our customers as ONE STOP custom fabrication provider from design to production and logistics.

We can support small to medium production requirements as well as big volume production in high mix and high complexity.

Currently we have more than 50 experienced employees in production, engineer, quality control, and office staff. Some of them are with more than 20 years' experience in related area.

We are updating our facility continously, right now we have 25 sets of up to date CNC machining center, 10 sets of CNC lathing, 5 set of auto turning machine, 3 surface grinders, 2 slow wire cut machine, etc.

Our stamping facility has 8 stamping machines, 2 laser cutting machine, 4 benders, 3 welding machines, ect.

The testing instruments are also up to date and some of them are imported from western countries.
