The quick-freezing equipment comprises a rack, wherein a quick-freezing device and a loading and unloading device located below the quick-freezing device are arranged on the rack; the quick-freezing device comprises a vertically arranged swiveling wheel rotationally connected to the rack and a rotary motor used for driving the swiveling wheel to rotate; more than one cold dish set is fixedly wound on the swiveling wheel; and each cold dish set comprises a plurality of cold dishes which are uniformly distributed on the swiveling wheel by taking the axis of the swiveling wheel as the center and a plurality of movable caps matched with the cold dishes in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
