Shanghai Yuanhai Plastic Mould Co., Ltd. is located in Songjiang District of Shanghai and our factory covers an area of one thousand square meters. We are strong in technology and specialized in plastic, die casting, rubber mold design and manufacture.

After nearly a decade of development, we now have more than forty staff members including 25 mold technicians and 9 mold modeling and product design engineers. In particular, our company adopts 3D laser scanners to aid in product development and mold design engineering departments.

We have our own complete moulding design centre. The CNC and CAD/CAM capacity and processing equipment have been qualified to ensure high quality products, Our company consistently insists on development depending on trustworthiness, existence depending on quality, scientific research depending on development, benefits depending on management.

About E-make

The E-make team has more than 30 years of combined experience in cnc machining,sls/sla 3d printing rapid prototyping,vacuum casting &Polyurethane casting, rapid tooling, injection moulding and die casting services. We have worked with a broad range of companies in the past, ranging from young startups, design houses to large contract manufacturers. Through providing professional guidance in the mechanical design and high-quality looks-like prototypes, we have helped our clients impress their customers or investors, leading to successful sales campaigns that raise hundreds of thousands of dollars or large seed round investments.Besides,we have a high-level technological group of 25 people,so that we can offer professional advise according to customer's requirement.Our mission is perpetually striving for higher quality and satisfaction of clients.

Equipment and Techniques

At E-make, our engineers use advanced equipment and techniques like 3D printing, multi-axis CNC machining and rapid tooling to turn your designs into reality quickly, accurately and at a great price (often as low as 50% of the price one would pay in Europe or North America). You design it and we will make it.

We are located in Shenzhen, China, in a facility of over 1500 square meters. If you are in town and would like to visit or have a prototype to make, please contact us.
