Shanghai Mingguan Purification Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mingguan") was established on December 25, 2005, and officially registered and established in Anting Public Economic Park, Jiading District, Shanghai. Currently, it has two subsidiaries of Shanghai Shulv Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dunguan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. We are mainly engaged in industrial filter paper, air filter materials, food filter paper, filter elements, filter bags, industrial nonwovens and other related environmental technology engineering products. We set production, processing, sales as a whole, our products are exported overseas: Thailand, Vietnam, India, Australia, South Africa and so on.

Mingguan has always served our customers with high-quality product, continuously optimized management costs to the greatest extent, improved decision-making efficiency, and adapted to the demands of the rapidly changing market environment. In November 2008, Mingguan obtained ISO9001: 2008 quality system certification. In 2010, the company launched ERP management system, thereby forming a professional process management by integrating sales order, order working, batch processing, finished product storage, sales delivery, cost control, capital flow monitoring and other series of production and marketing management.

Mingguan specializes in the production and processing of environmental filter materials, and has accumulated rich experience of liquid filtration and air purification technologies. The company's liquid filtration materials are mainly used in the filtration of industrial oil such as cold-rolled steel processing, automotive parts processing, copper-aluminum metallurgical processing, and bearing processing.

Air purification materials are mainly used in purification filters such as air purifiers, car air conditioners, high-speed rail air conditioners, and domestic large aircraft air conditioners.

Mingguan products have been highly recognized by large and medium-sized enterprises such as Baosteel, Wuhan Iron & Steel, Luotong, NSK, FAW-Volkswagen, 3M, Gree, Daikin and other large and medium-sized enterprises. Our liquid filtration materials and air purification materials have a high market share and reputation in the filtration industry. Established in 2004, Tianjin TEDA Filters Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of melt-blown based filtration materials for a wide range of environmental protection applications.

In the early 1990's, TEDA purchased the first melt-blown production line from the U.S.A with some special testing apparatus, including TSI8110, coulter porometer and Frazier ventilation tester. Therefore, we have accumulated professional experience in melt-blown material manufacturing for almost 15 years, which is really our valuable treasure to research and develop new materials all along.

Furthermore, we have bought another line which is the most advanced melt-blown production line made by Nordson Corporation USA in 2002, with the tester of TSI-8130. During the SARS spreading all over the world in 2003, we have this line busy on producing N95 media, which are used for respirator to protect people against SARS. And the TSI-8130 is the only one tester in China which can meet the international standard.

Now we have signed the contract with Neumag Company in 2006 to buy a newly developed melt-blown production line. This new equipment adopts bi-component technique, which can make the nonwoven fabric more porous and functional. The line is going to be started up on August 2007. This must make TEDA's production capacity larger and grade up our products greatly. From then on, our workshop will be moved to Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (west zone), where is near to Tianjin Xingang Port and Airport. As a result, we will be enjoying greater advantage in transportation.

Besides, we own patent for lamination technique, so that we can provide wide variety of composite materials for different end-users according to customer's request. Now we own two units of TSI-8130 testers to guarantee the product's quality. And we are granted ISO9001-2000 by LLOYD's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).

For now, we have developed many series of products, including:

Air filter media: Ashrae grade, Sub-HEPA, HEPA, ULPA, and melt-blown compounded fabric for bag filter and pleat-type filter. Their end uses are very wide, such as Ashrae filters, vacuum cleaners, HVAC filters, auto cabin filters and bag house filters.

Liquid filtration media: remove 0.5~10um particles

Filter media for facial mask and respirator: BFE95, BFE99, PFE99 (0.1um), N95, N99 (US NIOSH 42CFR-84 Standard), FFP1, FFP2, FFP3 (EU EN149:2001 standard) grades are available

TEDA Mian (thermal insulation for garment): newly developed PTFE wind-proof padding for high-cold zone using. And the padding has been provided to Chinese Army.
