After nearly ten years of accumulation, the company now has 25 employees. One non-ferrous metal castings workshop equipped with die-casting machine / gravity casting machine / traditional sand-casting process. The other machining workshop equipped with 4-axis/3-axis machining center / drilling machine / grinding machine / milling machine / CNC lathe / tapping machine / hydraulic machine / general lathe, etc. Quality inspection room is equipped with hardness testers / concentricity measuring instruments and other related equipment, and the selection of raw materials until the final packaging is strictly controlled to ensure product quality is correct.

At the same time, the company has established long-term and stable cooperative relations with some ferrous metal foundries and surface treatment plants such as plating and Anodizing, so can provide one-stop service for customers.

Guangdong Mingsheng Hardware Manufacturing Co.,Ltd manufactures and exports a variety of casting products for automotive, motorcycle and mechanical parts, pump body and railway parts. Our main product line includes sand casting,gravity casting and die casting. Materials vary from zinc alloy and aluminum casting and so on. There is about 60%-70% proportion to export all over the world for more than 10 years.

Our vertically integrated foundry provides an in house mold making center, a foundry with a new (size) investment casting facility and (size) low pressure aluminum die cast machine, along with a state of the art machining facility, a testing lab complete with X-Ray capabilities and a metal treating facility for electro polishing, plating, passivation, heat treatment, etc.
