The predecessor of the group, which the company belongs to, was founded in 2008, the headquarter is located at the Class A office building, namely Huakun Times in Changsha City of Hunan Province, China. After 13 years of dedicated and innovative development, is a comprehensive enterprise integrating excavator sales, machinery and equipment leasing, used excavator trading, engineering project contracting, parts sales, maintenance services, finance and insurance, excavator appliance manufacturing, excavator after-market industry and other services.

The group company has more than 500 employees and established a brand 6S store covering an area of 20 acres at Xiangtan city in Hunan Province. It has always maintained its position as the front-runner in the excavators field of construction machinery. It is also the Hunan and Henan provincial general agent for excavators in the brand XCMG, produced by one of the largest construction machinery manufacturer in China, and the total turnover of the group exceeds CNY 2 Billion in 2020.

AMF Tools Co., Ltd., specializes in design, development and sales of professional construction hand tools. It was renamed by AMF International Trade Co., Ltd.
