We can supply the screw-flight with the following dimension: inner Dia. is equal or greater than 8 mm, outer Dia. is equal or less than 800mm, the thickness between 3mm-20mm, any length, any pitch, and both rotating directions.
We have three manufacturing process according to the size of screw-flight:
Continued cold rolling when it has 3-5mm thickness, inner Dia. is equal or greater than 20mm, outer Dia. is equal or less than 800mm.Continued twisting when it has 3-20 thickness, inner Dia. is equal or greater than 8mm, outer Dia. is equal or less than 200mm.Stamping and extending which adapted for any product but need making specified mold.
