Changchun Rongde Optics Co., Ltd is located in the modern city-Changchun which known as "the optoelectronics industry base of China ". It is a high-technology enterprise concerned with R & D, manufacture and sales of Industrial encoders and high-precision couplings. In 2008, Rongde optics became the only encoder incubating member of the national project "Jilin photonics industry incubator".

The company mainly produces encoders, couplings and draw wire displacement sensors. There are six series of encoders: RD absolute type, E economical type, R industrial general type, D Precision reinforced type, H high-precision reinforced type, RDD magneto-electronic type. There are eight types of couplings, including jaw type clamp couplings, spring couplings and so on.
