During the well-lit season, callus begins to develop one after another about 7 days after cuttings. ② Cuttings in the long bud stage After the cuttings take root, the cuttings move to the long bud stage. The requirements for the growing environment of cuttings have changed, mainly to increase the light intensity. At this time, the moisture content of the matrix should be maintained between 50%-60%, and the air humidity in the shed should be kept above 85%-95%. Open the film for half an hour in the morning and spray it in time after ventilating. Gradually reduce the number of sprays after rooting and budding, but extend each spray time appropriately to keep the cuttings leaves with foggy droplets of water. After about 10 days of cultivation, remove unrooted cuttings, disinfect and sterilize regularly, and then enter the seedling refining stage. ③ During the seedling refining stage, seedlings should maintain sufficient moisture every day after the root system is complete. Proper fertilization at this time is conducive to the growth and development of seedlings. You can apply about 0.3% compound fertilizer and water fertilizer. After showering, wash the seedlings with clean water. The frequency and concentration should be treated as appropriate according to the weather conditions and seedling supply time.
