Zhengzhou Xinxiu Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. We independantly manufacture and export various sprayers and pumps and ther spare parts as well,we also manufacture aquarium pumps in which some can als be for industrial use,all these products make us very competitive in not only domestic market,but also the overseas market.

The production of sprayers started from 2006, mainly targeting high-end market.Our factory has accumulated a lot of production technology and experience. Each sprayer has to undergo 3 quality inspections before leaving the factory. Each machine is tested for pressure, water and circuit to ensure product quality. Xinxiu brand has now become a very well known brand in China.

The pump was put into production in 2008.

1. The diaphragm of the pump is made of brand-new materials of Santprene which is imported from the USA.

2.The power switch is made of pure copper palted with thick silver dots.

3.The impact resistance of the pump body material PA66 is better compared with similar products.

4.Each pump is fully tested for pressure,current and noise.

The charger was put into production in 2009.

1.The charger technology adopts IC integrated circuit control. The advantages are overheat protection and overload protection, which can effectively reduce the rate of defective goods.

2.The charger adopts three-stage charging technology, the first stage is constant voltage charging, which can more ensure that the battery is fully charged to ensure the working life.

3. During the production process of the charger,the load aging is increase fr more than 15 hours, and the false welding in the production process is directly broken and sorted out to ensure that the defective products flow to the market and customers as little as possible.

The speed governor was put into production in 2009. It adopts silver contacts switch,brand-new MOS tube,IC circuit control, which greatly reduces the failures of automatic opening and size adjustment failure.

The battery specifies the quality standard for our factory. The quality standard for our factory. The quality standard of the first-line battery factory in China is that the quality standard of our factory is:the battery is discharged 50 times, that is equivalent to 2 to 3 years of normal use and the power remains 90% of the original power. Our factory has fully automatic batteries. The testing equipment can check 1200 batteries at the same time, to ensure that each batch of batteries is sampled in batches,and professional quality inspectors will conduct the testing, so that the products are not tested or used, and the testing fails to meet the standards,and the goods are returned to the OEM factory. Customized batteries are required to contain 2.5% solder content. Although the cost increases,it can reduce the corrosion of the lead plate of the battery by sulfuric acid and increase the battery's long-term maintenance life without charging.

For other details of the product,all sprayer tanks lids are screwed on lightly,filled with water to ensure 360 degrees rotation,and the sprayer does not leak. The normal service life of the manual sprayer lid is more than 5 years. The electric switch of the electric sprayer adopts silver contacts,and all the circuit connection points are protected by a fireproof cover.
