Taizhou Aoxiang Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was founded after the registration in Taizhou in December 2005. Taizhou Julante Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2011. At present, the company has 4 registered trademarks including Aoxiang, Wubang, Shenzhe and Julan.

In 2011, the company invested RMB20 million in building a standard three-storey plant which comes into service currently, with a building area of 10,000 square meters.
