Production and technical advisory work

Hojin FPR, the new type laminated floor and multilayer engineered wood floor tenoner line, which is fully automatic controlled and whose core machine is pretrial transferring, is efficient and high precision. The pretrial transfer system, which consists of drive bearings and high strength "U" guide rail, guarantees straight precision and synchronism of the double track.

The automatic line for the main floor for production, advanced design, and simple structure, is easy to use with a high degree of automation, and its performance is stable and reliable.

The standard configuration of transverse double-end of DTM(X) and DTS series in the line 4+4 or 5+5 milling shafts are able to process all sorts of floor tenoners. The single longitudinal track tenoner of LT series and the single double-end track tenoner of LTK and DTL series can be configured with either 4+4 or 5+5 milling as requirement. It is speedy and steadily straight.

Rollers in the line of manual controlled step less strap timing are simple and easy to control the feeding speed. Multi-point photoelectric switches control the turning material storage which are protected by several limit-position switches. This is the right system to ensure the product line running in order and safely.

The whole line is united controlled and will stop running if a failure is occurred in one part for safety to decrease the inferior ration.
