In 2005, Gacent set up a factory covering 6,000 square meters, with 200 workers , have 300 webbing looms and 8 sets of dyeing mills. Main products processed in this unit including tape , ribbon, webbing belts and all kinds of sewing products; which can be used for garments / bags / suite cases / pet products and so on.

In 2007, we started to produce horsehair, polyester boning, spiral boning and other items which used for wedding dress and evening gowns,party dress in order to expand our presence in overseas markets. We keep developing step by step and have a complete sets of production systems and advanced mechanical equipments for weaving, dyeing, sewing, mold cutting, etc. We have a whole inspection process for every single piece product.
