SHENGJI established in 1964 and restructured in 2007, is a comprehensive enterprise integrating design, R & D, manufacturing and oilfield services. SHENGJI covers an area of 158 acres, 1500 Employees, 1200 advanced equipment, Annual revenue $150 million. SHENGJI have 18 production plants, 7 subsidiaries and several offices around the main oilfield in the World. The group owns high lever R&D centers and national laboratories carrying out strategic cooperation with China University of Petroleum and scientific research institutes of SINOPEC. SHENGJI has obtained 152 national patents and been awarded various honorary titles, such as "National High-New Tech Enterprise", "AAA Grade Credit Enterprise", "Contract Abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise".

Shengji products covers eight blocks:

1.Conventional Drilling & Recovery Equipment

Including tubing &casing, precision rolling pipe, pumping unit, downhole pumps, Wellhead and X-mas tree , BOP, pressure vessel and oil recovery tool.

2.Complete Sets of Thermal Recovery Equipment

Including steam boiler, thermal recovery wellhead, vacuum insulated tubing and thermal recovery downhole pump.

3.Anti-Corrosion & Anti-Abrasion Products

Including HDPE liner tubing, tungsten plaiting tubing, coated sucker rod, SS & Brass Sucker rod pump.

Including minor workover automatic system, snubbing device and major workover automatic system.

6.Tertiary Oil Recovery Equipment(EOR)

Main products contain a set of mobile chemical flooding mixing and injection equipment, a set of microbial displacement and injection equipment, offshore polymer device, etc.

7.Drilling & Completion Technology and Products

Including liner hanger,external pipe filling packer,drilling free completion tool,adaptable centralizer, etc.

8.Engineering Design, Installation and Maintenance

Including various types of CNC equipment installation and maintenance, design, installation, commissioning and operation of large equipments and complete production line, maintenance of offshore drilling platform, offshore wellhead services and so on.

All brand products have acquired international certification. For example, API 5CT series tubing & casings, API 11E series pumping unit, API 11AX and CE series sucker rod pump, API 6A series wellhead and Christmas tree, API 16A series blowout preventer. ASME U S series the boiler and pressure vessel. Shengji has obtained APIQ1, ISO9001 quality management system certification and HSE management system certification.

Shengji has established 6 national laboratories:

1.PhysicalLab: There exist tests about mechanical properties, hardness, metallographic and polymeric materials of metal materials.

2.Chemical Lab: There exists analysis of chemical composition for metal materials.

3.Precision Measurement Lab: There exists the inspection of geometric dimension, roughness, shape and position tolerance, as well as the calibration of measuring instruments.

4.Thermal Instrumentation Lab: There exists verification and calibration of instruments.

5.Wellhead Equipment Testing Lab: Shengji is the designated well control experimental base by Sinopec, and Shengji is able to take all kinds of water pressure and air pressure sealing tests, whose process are controlled by computer. The maximum pressure can reach to 35000psi. This lab owns PR2 valve pressure and temperature cycling device so that PR2 test of wellhead and valve can be done. There are as many as 16 kinds of experiments for PR2.

6.Multiple Phase Flow Lab: It is the only national multiphase flow laboratory of Sinopec, which is used for the test and verification of multiphase flow metering device.
