Our company has introduced the advanced production equipments, quality control instruments and manufacture technology for micropore filter cartridge since it was found.
The company produces the micropore membrane pleated filter cartridge with trademark of "ARLIT", mainly by using the following imported raw materials as the filtering medium: PP, PTFE(hydrophobicity), PTFE(hydrophily), PES, nylon and so on. The benefit summary of micropore membrane pleated filter cartridge: high retention rate, large flow rate, low pressure and wide chemical compatibility. It adopts thermal-bonding technique, without adhesive and no pollution to products. The products meet the production demand of food, beverage, beer, chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Our main products: pleated micron membrane filter cartridge, filter cartridge housings, pp melt blown filter cartridge, wire wound filter cartridge, carbon fiber filter cartridge, titanium rod filter cartridge and filter bag.
The PTFE micropore membrane filter cartridge has passed the test of bacterium challenge experiment of "Nelson" in American.
The "ARLIT" branded series of filter cartridge and filter bag produced by the company have based on their excellent quality, been widely applied in industries of medicine, biological engineering, bacterin, electronics, chemistry, electroplate, petroleum, foods, brewage, drinking water, environmental protection and water treatment.
