Factory Founder Jim Xu epitomizes the Metal dream. Born in 1966, Jim grew up in Wenzhou, where he began working as a machinist at the age of 18. He found the technology was backward in Wenzhou at that time. Just 2 years later, Jim left home for new opportunity and improvement in Ningbo. Jim went to Ningbo in 1986. Arriving with penniless and speaking little Chinese, he was determined to be successful. He found a job as a contract machinist for several years. He worked very hard and was eager to learn everything.

In 1990, Wenzhou attempted to improve auto parts industry. Jim thought it was a good oppotunity. So he came back to Wenzhou and started making handwork machining parts. At first, he just provided some simple parts for local auto parts companies. Jim started with an ordinary lathe producing motorcycle fuel nozzle in his own yard. With years of

experience as a machinist and good service, Jim built up respected reputation among his customers. Five years later, he formally established the factory with his friends. At that time, the conditions were very difficult, but gradually the quality of Wenzhou enterprises was recognized by domestic and foreign customers. In order to serve his customers better, later Jim and his partners extended their business to fasteners such as nuts, bolts, etc.

In 2011, Jone Zhang was responsible for developing the Shanghai market. During these years, Shanghai factory has more than 20 sets of machines, 15 workers. The main customers are from Shanghai and hangzhou in China. In 2016, Xing Xu opened up the market in jiangsu province. Specialized in non-metal products processing.The main customers are Japanese and germany companies in China. Some of our workers have more than 10 years' experience. Since the overseas requirement and market improved fast these years, Jim decided to explore the overseas market. In 2018, FlytigerCNC was founded in Shanghai. So far, the young enthusiastic team has reached to 10 persons. With decades of improvement, experienced and creative team, precision process, strict quality control, speed and superb service, FlytigerCNC are well appreciated by our foreign customers.
