Since 1949, Seitz LLC has been a leader in small-scale motion control and gear train systems for 70 years. Seitz as AGMA member was intensively involved in establishing AGMA grade for plastic gears and developed Seitz own gear design software. Seitz starts with commitment and loyalty to products, designing and manufacturing sophisticated moulds and assembling high-quality products for many customers.

Seitz China as wholly owned subsidiary of Seitz LLC, was established in 2000. Those years saw Seitz China not only had full experience in thermoplastic product analytical, validation, mold and assembly capabilities, but also built its primary core competency in precision mold design and plastic welding capability. The seamless international platform committed to deliver quality philosophy and engineering expertise from Seitz USA to China. Our product portfolio includes precision mold and injection, gear box, gear pump, gear actuator and other gearing motion control system, served from medical intelligence device, food device, commercial equipment, vehicle HVAC to intelligent building HVAC control device.

We often start with single gear components and engineer cost effective solutions for high performance gar assemblies. Our hydraulic and electric injection molding machines are available from Arburg- made in Germany, CHAFIR, Chen Hsong, L-King and Mutitech with handy control systems, ranging from vertical, horizontal ,co-injection,and shutter injection molding.

Each machine is equipped with descant drying system, mold temperature controller, Chopper and auto material blender and robot extractors.

Seitz China focus on gear actuator, gear box, gear pump and drive system product assembly.

We have many reprocessing capacity for plastic product, like ultrasonic welding, spin welding,

hot riveting, UV glue solidifying, waterproof coating, lathing drilling, etc. In the aspect of assembly, we have long trained and stable workforce, 17 years assembly experience, 14 production lines and factory annual production capacity achieve 1 million kits.

Now Seitz China is carrying out the construct of 100 thousand grade cleaning workshop and setting up injection workshop for medical product, assembly cleaning workshop.
