In May, 1983, Mr. Chang Chin Chang felt a great feeling in promoting the quality of life entirely. With the adherence and expectation to esthetic sensibility, he established the company --- Shang Chiao Co., Ltd. in Shetou in Chang-hua County, concentrating on the development and manufacture of panty-hoses. Our company is always the leader in the industry with highly progressed technique.

In 1988, the development department of Shang Chiao developed flexible medical treatment healthy stockings first, with consideration to varicose vein piece and leg department fatigue which are caused by long-term standing jobs among women. This initiation acquired support and affirmation from a large group of consumers.

On production equipment, we have imported machines called MERZ from Germany for the production of medical treatment healthy stockings, and try hard to keep our product quality outstanding in the whole industry.
