Wholly-owned subsidiaries H&H Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (HK) is our branch office in Hong Kong, registered capital USD 1 million, which is mainly engaged in machinery exporting stuff and agent service for purchasing domestic stuff for customer abroad.

Wholly-owned subsidiaries Jinan Huachenweida Trade Co., Ltd., registered capital of RMB 1.1 million, is mainly engaged in exporting stuff of large hydraulic machinery and pneumatic parts, food production machinery and food packing machinery. And annual exporting total volume achieves USD 5 million.
