JIANGSU SAINT GERMAIN SHUNTONG TUBE INDUSTRY SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. is a booming manufacturer in its specific industrial field. Its manufacturing quarters is located in the Canal Industrial Park in Suchen Open Econimic Zone, the native place of Lord Xiang Yu of Western Chu County before the Qin Dynasty. Its plant zone is a pleasant place with easy access by different ways of transport, 70KM to Lianyungang Sea Port, 60KM to Xuzhou International Airport.

The factory covers a land of over 1.5 hectares, and the workshops occupy a surface of 43,000 square meters. We own complete production lines of rubber mixing process, cold feeding material extrusion process, micro wave vulcanization process, and high speed braiding process, etc.

We produce mainly the PE EPDM PEX and TPV flexible hoses, with international certificates like NSF, WRAS, KTW and W270. Being a rapidly growing enterprise focusing on the professional production of pure flexible hoses and braided hoses, its yearly production capacity reaches 10 million meters.

We now use a series of tensile testing machine, vulcanization testing device, aging testing chest, pressure testing machines to ensure the effective quality control. All these testing machines and related procedures may form a complete quality control system, beginning from the selection of the raw materials till the end step.
