Jiangsu KRT Industry Co., Ltd. is specialized in gray iron\ductile iron.We established in 2019, has 150 staffs, located in Liyang city Jiangsu province,and near by G42 \G25 highway\Nanjing Lukou International Airport \Wawushan and Liyang railway stations.

KRT insist on product innovation and quality improvement, and is good at small quantity, multi-types production,also have capability of large quantity production.

We own two automatic funan resin production lines, two 2.0 tons of electric furnaces, advanced automatic sand recycle system\Molding equipment and casting cleaning equipment and hot box core shooting machine , mainly use Resin sand\Green sand\Precoated sand molding process, include Hunter automatic line molding\145 and 148 machine molding .The casting size can reach to 1.4*1.2 meters and the weight reach to 200 kgs, 2000 tons/month capacity .Machining equipment include CMM\Horizontal boring and Milling machine\Vertical Lathe and Five-axis turning and milling machining center. Testing equipment include: Sand property test equipment\Spectrum analyzer\High-frequency C/S analyzer\UT\Micro-structure analyzer.The main processing raw materials are steel, aluminum and iron.We strictly implement the ISO9001:2008 quality management system.Our main produce type is Pump&valve casting\Transmission gear box casting\Hydraulic casting\Engineering machinery castings\medical machine casting\motor part casting and textile machine casting etc.
