Ronsco pressure vessel factory has accumulated 62 years of experience in the design and manufacture of special equipment. It is a key backbone enterprise of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of China. In 1985, we were the first company to obtain the A1 certificate for large-scale high-pressure vessels in China, and were awarded the ASME vessel manufacturing authorization U and U2 steel seal issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Ronsco is located in the national economic and technological development zone of Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province. The company has a registered capital of 29.8 million yuan and currently employs nearly 300 people. We have 12 professional designers with intermediate and senior titles and rich experience in the pressure vessel industry. And we have more than 60 professionals, including welding engineers, flaw detection engineers, CCS welders, RINA welders, special equipment welders, etc. We also set up fully equipped manufacturing workshops, technology development department, welding laboratory and other research and test institutions, with complete measurement facilities, such as crimping, machining, riveting equipment, heat treatment, surface anticorrosion, etc. From the level of technology and equipment, inspection methods such as verification, physical and chemical metallography and non-destructive testing, and more than 600 manufacturing and testing equipment have ensured the safety performance and manufacturing quality of the products .

Ronsco has a comprehensive machining service platform. The machining equipment is imported from Japan, Germany, Italy, etc., with complete specifications, high precision, large-scale, and multi-functional composite. At present, there are more than 60 large and medium gantry five-face machining centers, vertical/horizontal turning, milling, boring, deep hole drilling, multi-axis drilling, and gantry planers. We have 42 professional technicians in machining, and through years of external processing services, we have accumulated rich experience in the processing of various materials and types of parts such as stainless steel, carbon steel, forgings, special steel, etc., and has become designated supplier of Germany Siemens, Emerson and other companies.
