Hebei Pengda Fine Hair Group (Formerly Rongcheng County Washing Wool Factory which was founded in 1989) was established in 1997, located in Shizhuang, Rongcheng County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. The company covers an area of over 64,000 square meters, with registered capital of RMB20 million Yuan and over 1,000 staff members including over 40 professionals and more than 10 senior technicians.

Pengda Group now has three wholly-owned enterprises including Pengda Woolen and Trade Company, Hebei Lipeng Textile Company and Pengda Fine Hair Production Company.

Pengda Woolen and Trade Company has 600 workers. Our main equipment includes united wool scouring machines, packers and carpet yarn spinning machines. We mainly deal with wool washing, carpet yarn spinning and trading. We are one of leading manufacturers of scoured wool in China, and we can supply all kinds of carpet grade wool, goat hair and high quality carpet yarns. Our business scope extends to many cities, and we also do business with many foreign wool importers. Our products are mainly exported to India, the USA, and Europe. Last year, we produced 2500 tons of scoured wool, with an output value of RMB30, 000,000 Yuan.

Hebei Lipeng Textile Company is a full-invested subsidiary company of Pengda Group, equipped with many advanced weaving looms, can weave all kinds of high quality cotton grey fabric, including 100% cotton and T/C grey fabric, with a production capacity of more than 400,000 meters per month, 5,000,000 meters per year.

Fine Hair Production Company possesses more than 280 workers, equipped with many kinds of plush machines, such as gill drawing frames, spinning machinery, wrappers, automatic cop winders, flock dyeing apparatus, centrifugal dehydrators and dryers. The company provides military uniforms, police uniforms and other kinds of uniforms with plenty of plush. We have established long-term and good relationships with many military and police uniforms enterprises. We have earned great praises for our best quality products, in-time delivery and perfect after-sales service. Last year, we produced 6,000,000 meters of plush, and the output value was up to RMB30, 000,000 Yuan.
