Covering area

Our new manufacturing center covers an area of 60,000 square meters, And we have a total staff of 800 persons.In year 2018 we achieved an annual turnover of exceeding 200 million US dollars.

Strong R&D capacity

We have a powerful R&D team of 30 members, who are responsible for work from design and structure to package. All procedures are responsible by experienced engineers, including electric safety, performance test,life-test,drop test,noise test,transportation vibration test,etc.

In 2017, we are one of the first professional manufacturers to have developed the new refrigerant R290, which is more environmentally friendly than the original R410a and R134a, and is F-gas quota free. This helps our EU customers save lots of cost. Now R290 has been applied to both our portable air conditioner and dehumidifier. And the whole staff have been well equipped and well trained for this new technology.

We have an effective R&D system for OEM/ODM projects, focusing on product design, analysis, tooling plan, tooling design review, pilot run, product certification and production manufacturing. With 15 years' OEM/ODM experience, we have won trust and a high reputation for excellent quality, superior service and timely delivery. Furthermore, we constantly optimize OEM/ODM service system and enhance the wroking efficiency. We ensure that it can be implemented in a short period of time according to customers' design concepts.

Advanced production facility

In 2018, we have total 5 production lines, in which 3 production lines are for the new refrigerant R290. We achieved a production capacity of more than 1.5 million pieces per year, which proves we already have sufficient manufacturing capacity for orders.

Outstanding quality guarantee

Our products have high quality and reliable performance. Each line has the separate testing facilities together with the QC inspection, which guarantee the quality on a high level.

All personnel (including inspection and testing personnel) of QC department were graduated from the junior colleagues or some special secondary academic schools. New members will not be admitted on duty until be trained strictly and pass the examination.
