Baorui hardware plastic Co.,ltd which is specialize in manufacturing precision CNC turned parts and non-standard fasteners with more than 10 years experience.
Our factory covers 6500 square meters with more than 50 five -axis CNC precision automatic lathes made in Japan ,four -axis CNC machining tools , FANUC system, the equipment of Salt Spray Test, three dimensional projector(TDP), Rockwell apparatus,Coating / Plating film thickness tester etc ,and over 50 professional technicians and service team.
That is why we can not only provide precision machining, drilling, milling, stamping, bending and other processes for different metal hardware and plastics .such as ,aluminum, copper,stainless steel, rubber, and etc, but also do surface treatments well ,especially plating, anodizing, blackening, painting, galvanizing and e-coating.
Our factory do service for customers as a one-stop-shop supplier in metal hardware components and semi-assembled units.
Currently,our product widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, furniture,Lighting construction, toys, automotive /motorcycle, machinery, kitchen home appliances outdoor sports and other fields. They have been assembled by Okin, Whirlpool, BEA (Halma Group Company), and Federal Eagle to their products.
