Chongqing Duchengrongfeng Mechanic Manufacture Co., Ltd, founded in the year 2004, and acquired Rongchang Huaxing crankshaft Co., Ltd in the year 2007, mainly engaged in automobile engine crankshaft machining and production. Previously Huaxing company belonged to the ordnance equipment group - Huajiang Machinery Factory that had more than 20 years experience in R&D and manufacture of engine crankshafts. Our products are mainly supporting automobile OEMs and engine manufacturers, including Chongqing Changan, Chang'an Ford, SGMW, Shineray Power and so on.

Our company covers an area of 110 Mu, and existing construction area exceeds 50,000 square meters, including precision machining workshop area 12,000 square meters. With strong technical strength and equipment reserve of more than 280 sets of CNC machining equipment and inspection & testing equipment, our annual output capacity of crankshaft is around 400,000 pieces. And we can build up new crankshaft development production lines based on customers' customization demands.

Our products quality are stable, quality systems are sound and complete. The enterprise are running under IATF16949 international quality certification system.We own a stable science and technology team, and strong capability of crankshaft development and processing. And in the aspect of heat treatment, pressure casting and engine parts remanufacturing, the company has a strong scientific research strength and rich experience accumulation.

And in March 2018 we set up our remanufacture industry sector, which are committed to development of auto parts remanufacturing. Currently we have already built up two production lines, one is engine disassembly line and the other is long block engine assembly line. In the year 2021 we became the first one in China to obtain REMANUFACTURING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
