to maintain the link with their origins in the production and in the service.
Rio Rica Coffee is one of the few coffee roasters that still produces according to the traditional "separate roasting" method and
" fire", i.e. roasting each variety on its own before blending.
Each specific coffee variety in fact has different organoleptic properties that require different temperatures and
different "cooking" times, in fact, we want to guarantee the colour and flavour of every coffee bean and draw out its aroma. After^
the phase of blending will be fundamental to obtain a good espresso. After a careful time of maturation, the different species of coffee
must be blending to achieved a certain taste,flavour and aroma that can be constantly produced.
