Hunan Zhongye Changtian Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. (CIEM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co., Ltd. (CIE) for the purpose of protecting proprietary intellectual property rights and developing the manufacturing industry of technical equipment. It is a scientific research pilot test base and industrialization base of scientific and technological achievements of CIE and also a high-tech enterprise engaged in R&D, integrated manufacturing and service of major core equipment of sintering, oxidized pellets and metallized pellets and environmental protection equipment such as flue gas purification and environmental dust removal equipment in the metallurgical industry. The Company is located in Changsha Lugu National High-tech Zone, covering a total area of 220 mu. The planned plant area is 60,000 m2 (35,000 m2 in the first phase has been completed and put into used, and 25,000 m2 in the second phase will be built soon), and the area of R&D office building is about 10,000 m2.

ccording to the overall plan of the National Engineering Research Center of Sintering and Pelletizing Equipment System, the Company has jointly constructed a mechanical testing room, a thermal engineering laboratory, an environmental engineering laboratory, an automatic control laboratory, a simulation laboratory and a remote diagnosis and technical support center. The Company is set with riveting and welding, machining, assembling, heat treatment and other production workshops and 80m*80m outdoor pre-installation testing and commissioning site. It has 6.3m*12m large-scale numerical control floor lathes, machining special machine tools for 160 mm double-sided numerical control boring and milling trolley, hundreds of sets of sophisticated equipment with complete processes such as welding, machining, heat treatment and surface treatment, large-scale testing equipment such as Swiss Leica laser absolute tracker and universal tester, as well as perfect physical and chemical, metallographic analysis, nondestructive testing and other testing methods, possessing strong quality assurance capability.

Since its establishment in 2006, the Company has adhered to the perfect combination of CIE's strong R&D technology advantages with CIEM's continuously innovative manufacturing technology advantages. It has obtained Grade B professional qualification in the machinery industry (special equipment manufacturing engineering), Grade B special qualification in the environmental engineering (air pollution prevention and control engineering), qualification in the special equipment manufacturing license (hoisting machinery), and qualification for general construction contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering for construction enterprises, and passed certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, GB/T28001 management systems, certification of ISO3834 international welding system and certification of EN15085 EU welding system for rail vehicles and vehicle components. The leading products of dozens of categories in the Company's five series-complete metallurgical equipment, fully balanced negative pressure dust removal system technology and equipment, activated carbon flue gas purification core equipment, intelligent stereo parking equipment and rail transit supporting equipment with independent intellectual property rights have been widely applied in different industries in China and exported to Brazil, Japan, India, Iran, Ukraine, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries.
