Combine the sugar, salt oil and vinegar in a jar and shake until fully incorporated. Make sure the lid is on tight! What kind of oil and vinegar should I use? I prefer olive oil because I typically have it on hand. However, canola or vegetable oil would work great as well. In terms of vinegar, I tried this recipe first with distilled vinegar.
