Established in 2010, Xunhao is a professional manufacturer of precision metal covers and components for the customers in the world. Main manufacturing process: Stamping, NCT stamping, laser cutting, CNC milling & turning, aluminum extrusion and die casting etc. The customers' products applied in communication, consumer, computer, lighting, security, smart grid and other fields. Meanwhile, we have established a precision injection plastic workshop in order to provide One-Stop service for customers.

Deqing Chuangzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chuangzhi), formerly was known as Deqing County Wukang Town Chuangzhi Thermal Spraying Factory, established in 2001. Chuangzhi is located in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, which is one of the 100 top counties in China with a good reputation as the back garden of Hangzhou.

Chuangzhi owns a core R&D team and skilled technicians with high efficiency and quality. The factory covers an area of 3000 square meters. Chuangzhi is a member of Thermal Spraying Specialized Committee of China Surface Engineering Association. We have been devoted to the R&D of thermal spray technology for more than 10 years and acquired many achievements as well as related patents.

Chuangzhi has established a whole set of excellent thermal spray processing technology through the introduction of advanced foreign equipments, supplemented by varieties of finish machining techniques and testing methods. Chuangzhi had obtained the quality management system certification ISO9001:2008. We have our production and business operation process strictly controlled to guarantee the quality of the final products. Nowadays, Chuangzhi has found a good sale in Europe, the United States, Japan, Taiwan, and many other countries and regions.

Thermal spray is a new technology to intensify and protect the material surface with a wide range of function and application, such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, electrical insulation and anti-sticking, involving many industrial fields.

Located in 615 Huawei Road, Zhuhai, Guangdong, Shengwang Precision Metal Ltd. consists of more than 5000 square meters of factory facility. We now have more than 20 senior design engineers and an exceptional quality control team of more than 10 quality assurance engineers. With great invest in the advanced machining equipment, more than 80% products are being machined by automated equipment. Our factory currently houses 10 Japanese machining centers, 3 Japanese high-speed grinding machines and contains more than 50 advanced machining equipment, such as milling, drilling and shrinking machines, and other imported quality testing equipment. The company designs and manufactures metal products, the products include but are not limited to precision metal and machinery components, non-standard screws, Automation equipment parts, precision jigs and metal mold.
