General Technology Group Dalian Machine Tool Co., Ltd. belongs to the central enterprise China General Technology Group, formerly known as DMTG, which was established in 1935. In 1995, the major state-owned machine tool enterprises in Dalian were merged together to be DMTG. Founded in 1952, Zhejiang Kaida Machine Tool Group Ltd. has more than 50 years experience in manufacturing lathes. It is a key enterprise of Zhejiang provincial machine tool industry, and a National Key High-tech Enterprise. In 2001, the company was appraised as one of the 30 Excellent Enterprises in Kernel Competitive Force of Chinese machinery Industry.

Proline EDM Precision Machinery (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swedish Group in China. The company has EDM discharge machining series, CNC precision series, and VMC series products.

Company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, has a scientific quality management system and advanced production equipment. The group owns the electronically controlled production center, equipment exhibition hall in Suzhou, China. In Sweden have electronically engineering R&D center, physical and mechanical testing center. In the R&D team, more than 90% people have master's degree, doctor's degree and senior title.
