The product catalog of our company consists of four series with more than one hundred types of products, which can be used in high speed numerical control equipment such as machining center, carving and milling machine, drilling and milling machine, precision grinding machine, wood routing machine and other machines.

The HDL series automatic tool-changing electrical mainshaft developed by our company can be used combined with the high speed numerical control machining center. The mainshaft using four-jaw and ceramic ball bearing, has good high speed performance, good precision, long life and easy tool-changing characteristics. In addition, encoder can be setup on the mainshaft to enlarge the application scope of it.

There are two series products for HDK high speed numerical control carving and milling mainshaft: constant-torque mainshaft and constant-power mainshaft. The constant-power mainshaft of high speed numerical control carving and milling has advantages of large speed-regulating range for wide frequency as well as large torque under low speed conditions. Both of them make the constant-power mainshaft applied in more fields than the constant-torque mainshaft.

The newly developed HDK series high speed air-cooled numerical control carving and milling mainshaft fills the domestic vacancy. By applying the air-cooled technology, the noise and vibration are greatly decreased. Compared with the water-cooled mainshaft, the newly developed HDK series remove lots of accessorial equipment, accordingly environment pollution is reduced. The technology has been applied for national invention patent, with the application No. of 200710192370.X.

Our products have occupied the markets of 29 provinces in China, and meanwhile extended to the United States, European Union, Southeast Asia, Taiwan area, Hong Kong as well as other countries and areas.
