About Marley Coffee:

Bob Marley dreamt of one day putting his passion of music into farming. Through his son Rohan Marley, that dream was finally brought to life.

When asked "Why coffee?" Rohan Marley often speaks of his family and his legacy. He comes from a family full of passion for music and the earth.

"My father came from the farmland in Nine Mile. There, he learned a deep respect for nature and humanity that helped guide his life. His dream was to return one day."

While visiting a farm on a journey to a Monastery on Lake Tana in Ethiopia in 2000, Rohan began to understand that, like the music his family creates, people have a rhythm.

Following another visit to Ethiopia in 2007, the passion he saw in the farmers inspired him to follow his passions and create Marley Coffee.

Marley Coffee started roasting in Europe in 2012 - just in time for the London 2012 Olympics. For that monumental sporting event, Marley Coffee had its coffee residency at the Puma Yard at Puma's own Olympic Village at the Truman Brewery in London's fashionable East End.

Rohan and Cedella Marley came to launch the Puma Yard event with a public screening of Kevin McDonald's 'Marley' film. Since its humble beginnings in the UK, Marley Coffee has been featured at numerous festivals, including the Notting Hill Carnival, Glastonbury, One Love Festival and London Coffee Festival, spreading the word of Marley Coffee one cup at a time.

This culminated in 2014 with Marley Coffee Organic One Love Blend winning the Double Star Great Taste Award and a Soil Association Organic Beverage of the Year Award in which Rohan was guest speaker at the Organic Awards. Marley Coffee has since gained a cult and loyal following across Europe with its base firmly established in the organic and health food store and cafe sector across the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, France, Holland, Czech Republic and Hungary with more to come in the future.

Qingdao Bakery Paper Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, located in Qingdao, a beautiful coastal city of China, and is specialized in manufacturing paper bakery supplies. All products are exported to overseas markets. The main markets are Korea, Japan, Europe, Canada, the USA, Russia, Australia and other countries and regions.

Torrefazione Carbonelli is a small artisan coffee roasting company based in Melito di Napoli, Italy. Carbonelli Roasting Coffee was born by a passion: coffee passion. In 1946, Pietro Carbonelli, only 10 years old, started to learn the secrets for a good coffee manufacturing, through the little streets of a historical, creative city of Naples, where every day, from the first morning hours to late evening, the unique and persistent scent came from a tazzulella 'e cafe', the coffee cup. At the end of '60s, Pietro began to collaborate with the most famous and ancient Neapolitan coffee roasting businesses, improving his knowledge about green coffee. Then, in 1981, he established in Melito di Napoli the Carbonelli Roasting Coffee where, with his passion and experience in coffee culture, began to produce coffee with oat wood-fire roasting technique, considered by him the only artisan method to give coffee a unique aroma, that can be still found in our Vesuvio, Santa Lucia, Napoli, Arabica Gold and Arabica Extra blends. What we offer is a high-quality artisan product and we make it in the most innovative way. Product safety is one of our prerogatives. We are convinced that vacuum bags packaging is now outdated, as it could be subject to punctures, putting coffee powder in contact with the air, risking the alteration of the aromas. Our coffee in grains and fresh ground coffee blends are packed in triple layer aluminium bags, with the innovative aroma saver valve system. The triple aluminium layer protects coffee from environmental variations. Also, the saves aroma valve inside the bags favours the partial leakage of gases produced by coffee, but being unidirectional, it does not allow air from the outside to enter the bags, thus ensuring the aromas to remain unaltered. Same material is used to produce E.S.E pods external pack and single dose capsules. In the production phase, E.S.E pods are wrapped in a double filter paper layer, then sealed in vacuum bags; in the next phase, pods are packaged in a single dose aluminium paper triple layer, in which is inserted the necessary amount of nitrogen for the preservation of flavourings. Same procedure for capsules with FAP system, but with different material in which the coffee is contained, which is no longer the filter paper, but the plastic PVC. With our two roaster machines, we register a daily production of 2160 Kg coffee beans, ready to be processed into E.S.E Pods and FAP capsules, to be shipped Worldwide. Our express courier picks up our products purchased on our website e-shop 24/7 to deliver them within 24 hours. At the same time, every day we sort pallets for our local and international dealers. We produce various types of coffee, based on a careful selection of green beans from our excellent roasters. We use the best washed coffee beans, it means less caffeine and so highly digestible.

Our 3 blend are:

- Suprema 100% Arabica: The aroma has is best felt when we drink a freshly prepared coffee. Hazelnut and almond aroma, mixed with the toasted roast flavor, results in a consistent, structured body. The natural and pleasant feeling of red fruits acidity leaves in the mouth a cocoa and nut slightly bitter aftertaste.

- Gold Extra Bar (mostly Arabica and a bit of Robusta): It is a delicately acidic mixture, which gives coffee a more velvety and sweeter body, with almond notes. Pleasant aroma of almond and toasted pan, for a final aftertaste with milk chocolate shades. Particularly suitable for preparing cappuccino or milk added.

- Espresso Italiano (mostly Robusta and a bit of Arabica): Inimitable aroma in the flavors of barley malt and roasted pan. Balanced perception of milk chocolate and dates, for a well-structured body, important also for a very mild acidity. The result is the classic aftertaste of Italian espresso: persistent, full, with pleasurable bitter feelings.

Saquella 1856 is an established Italian espresso coffee producer.

The Saquella family began coffee roasting in 1856 and the current business is still in the same family ownership producing quality authentic Italian espresso that has been continually refined over the past 150 years.

Our business operates on a global scale with all production being carried out at the Saquella roastery in Pescara and represented via a network of national distributors in 47 different countries and our subsidiaries companies Saquella Deutschland and Saquella UK. In 2013 Saquella focused the importance of the value of equality and sustainability by gaining a fairtrade certificate. This international trademark supports the disadvantage farm producers in developing countries, guaranteeing them a fair price and supporting them into commercial trading by clear and correct regulations, therefore improving their living standards.

Today Saquella produces a coffee blend "Bar Italia Fairtrade" where there are 4 different coffee origins from Peru, Colombia, Brazil and India which compliment each other perfectly and give a well-balanced flavour with a round and delicate taste.

Magazzini del Caffe' is a roasting company founded in 2003 with the acquisition of plantations in Brazil and raw coffee processing machinery in the State of Bahia (Brazil) for a total of 450.000 Arabica plants. In order to have the total control of the supply chain we decided to settle our roasting site in Brescia (Italy). We own 7 different types of production lines going through beans, pods and capsules, in a production site of over 3.000 m2. Our technology and expertise allow us to satisfy the needs of our clients by offering a wide range of solutions. This is possible thanks to our R&D department, which works in close contact with the Production department to find the best solution to clients demands. This is extremely important for us since we can offer products under our own brand Magazzini del Caffe' equivalent of high quality and we can offer a wide and complete range of blends branded Magazzini del Caffe'. At the same time, we are very strong in supplying Private Label, we listen to clients requests, study with them new blends, targeted roasting profiles, new packaging sizes and put at their service all our know-how.

Our Quality System is certified since 2014 according to the IFS Food (International Featured Standards) standards, with a high level score and in order to export worldwide our products are FDA registered.
