Based in Shishan Town of Foshan National High-Tech Industries Development Zone, Foshan Nanofiberlabs Co., Ltd (Nanofiberlabs, call "Qingzi Nano" before) was founded in 2014 which dedicate to the overall solutions for new material preparation equipment and biomedical research equipment.

Nanofiberlabs is a young and energetic team with 5 PHDS and 5 Masters, with strong research and development strength, has 20 authorized invention patents, 32 utility model patents, 3 appearance patents, 7 software copyrights, and has been rated as a national high-tech enterprise for many years.

We take electrospinning technology of the new material preparation equipment as the core, and develop the product supply services relate to preparation, testing, post-treatment process for the micro/nano materials, biological materials, environmental protection material, including selling scientific research equipment and related supplies in the field of new materials, new energy, biomedical and other emerging researches.

Since establishment, we have received extensive attention from provincial and municipal leaders, and relevant leaders have visited the company for many times to guide the work.

Undertaken Technology Projects

1. In 2014, undertaking the project Development and Industrialization of High-Precision Grating Encoder and Precision Measuring Instruments with Guangdong University of Technology.

2. In 2015, undertaking the project Construction of Public Service Platform for Reliability Assurance and Quality Inspection Technology of Special Equipment Industry Cluster in Foshan High-tech Zone with Guangdong University of Technology.

3. In 2016, undertaking Foshan Science and Technology Innovation Project Electrospinning Micro-nano 3D Printing Equipment and Industrial Application.

4. In 2020, undertaking Foshan Science and Technology Innovation Project High-efficiency and High-antibacterial Medical Protective Nanofiltration Membrane Technology Research and Development and Industrialization.

5. In 2020, undertaking the research and development plan project in key areas of Guangdong Province Research and development of low-cost high-performance nanofiber filter membrane for masks and its electrospinning manufacturing equipment.

Development History

2004 Core members of Nanofiberlabs company established a Micro/nano processing electrospinning research team.

2006 The principle of near-field direct writing electrospinning was first proposed.

2007 The melt near-field electrospinning model machine was produced and put into use.

2008 Near-field electrospinning machine expanded the solution direct writing function.

2010 Established the first electrospinning production line for the development of industrialized production processes.

2014

Foshan Nanofiberlabs Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Nanhai District of Foshan City, Guangdong.

Nanofiberlabs entered the third China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangdong Division) and getting the title of "Excellent Team".

2016

Nanofiberlabs product appeared in the National "Twelfth Five-Year" Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition and was praised by Chinese Premier Keqiang Li.

Nanofiberlabs got the High-tech Product Certification.

The public service platform of reliability assurance and quality inspection technology for specialized equipment industrial cluster in Foshan High-tech Zone was established.

2017

Nanofiberlabs product obtained CE/FCC certification.

Nanofiberlabs got the title of Special-Protection IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) Enterprise.

2018

Nanofiberlabs shortlisted in the first batch of technology enterprises in Guangdong Province.

2019

Nanofiberlabs Passed the review of the national high-tech enterprise identification in 2019.

2020

Nanofiberlabs researched and developed nanofiber mask filter production line.

Nanofiberlabs moved to a new factory with over 3000 square meters.
