Xuzhou Shuangzheng machinery Co.,Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of slewing bearing and slewing drives, integrating design, manufacture, research and development. It covers an area of 10,000 square meters and the company has two production lines, one for special orders and another one for mass orders. There is a special quality testing laboratory, dedicated on the research of product design and development, product application and testing method. The laboratory is also responsible for product testing and transferring national standard. At the same time the company also has perfect program monitoring and testing equipment, complete processes and strong testing strength of finished product performance. There are over 150 people engaged in research, production and testing, including 5 senior technicians, 10 intermediate technicians, 20 quality control personnel and over 110 workers. From the very beginning of company establishment, we are conducting continuous technology improvement and importing foreign advanced technology. At present, the monthly production capacity is about 3000 sets, which are widely used in construction machinery, mud scraper, robots, bottling machines, mist cannon truck and other fields.
