On September 15, 2023, Lawyer Liu Rongtao, Senior Partner of Beijing Junzejun Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Junzejun"), was invited to attend a special training lecture on "Corporate Governance and Bond Survival Management for Issuing Enterprises" organized by the China Interbank Market Dealers Association at the Zhengzhou Training Institute of the People's Bank of China. The members participating in this training mainly include the directors, supervisors, and senior executives of urban investment and other bond issuers across the country, as well as the heads and operators of financial management, investment and financing departments.
In this training, Lawyer Liu Rongtao conducted targeted and in-depth analysis and elaboration on the relevant cases, main rule systems, regulatory priorities, risk disposal, and compliance suggestions of bond issuing enterprises in three major aspects: information disclosure management, fundraising management, and default risk management of existing bonds. This received positive feedback from the participants in the training.
