EBay stated that in order to further improve the platform's comprehensive shopping experience,We will increase the impact of non-performing transaction indicators at the account level on traffic allocation.In order to enable sellers to better understand and track the bad transaction performance of their accounts andThe CBT policy will be further simplified, and the management policies related to non-performing transactions on eBay accounts and the seller center policy section will be updated on December 8, 2021.
It is reported that the specific content of this policy update is: the originalThe three policies in the CBT policy performance section, namely "comprehensive performance", "freight performance", and "dispute performance due to discrepancies between items and descriptions", will be suspended from assessment and taken offline. They will be replaced with a new "non-performing transaction performance" management policy. The evaluation content of the new policy is as follows:

Non performing transactions mainly include disputes over non receipt of goods（Item Not Received (INR), Significantly Not as Described (SNAD), Stock Out related cancellations, Neutral/Negative Feedback (NNFB), and Low Detailed Seller Ratings (Low DSR).
2Evaluate transaction window: Prior to the evaluation date60 natural days.
3Evaluation method:EBay will review the seller's account for non-performing transaction related indicators during the evaluation trading window. If the "Non Performing Trading Performance" section displays an abnormal status, eBay may take measures against the seller's account, including but not limited to delisting, sales restrictions, account freezing, etc.
According to this policy update,EBay also launched a new seller center policy section, showcasing and analyzing the non-performing transaction related indicators of its account, including the overall non-performing transaction rate of the account and various sub items of non-performing transactions. In addition, provide the industry average as a reference for sellers to make corresponding adjustments based on the industry level.
