Emulsion pumping stations are power equipment used to deliver pressurized liquid to the hydraulic support of comprehensive mining work or the single hydraulic column of the general mining work surface. It is mainly composed of emulsion tank and emulsion pump group (two groups) and hydraulic control system. The emulsion pump is mainly composed of crankcase, high pressure steel sleeve, pump head and other components. The hydraulic end of the pump is composed of five separate pump heads, a suction valve is installed in the lower part of the pump head, and a drain valve is installed on the upper part.
