Select the saw blade type 150 or 125 and the number of saw blades according to the width and depth of grooving as needed. Special remarks If you select 150 saw blades, you need to replace the 125 dust guide plate inside the saw blade cavity to ensure smooth dust removal. Note that the inner hole of the saw blade is 22.2, and installed well, the cutting depth of the 125 saw blade is 30,150, the cutting depth of the saw blade is 42.2. 2, remove the upper one of the inner M5 hex screws that press the protective cover, and then loosen (but not remove) the lower one of the hexagon screws that press the protective cover, and unscrew the protective cover. 3. Remove the deep standard size assembly (front hand wheel) and locking assembly (rear hand wheel), and pull the floor open. 4. Press the self-locking button, use a special handle to loosen the upper pressure plate (pressure plate with holes and threads), exit all the lower pressure plate (flat pressure plate), first put on the saw blade, that is, the blade blade is directly installed on the output shaft, then the lower pressure plate is installed, and then the saw blade is installed, and so on, until the required groove width is reached, in the installation of the appropriate number of lower pressure plates (to ensure that the upper pressure plate can be pressed tight saw blade), install the upper pressure plate (positive screw in ), and use a special handle with self-locking to tighten the saw blade. Use the hexagon handle to stick them in from the screw hole, remove the screws that have been installed with the dust guide plate, and then the dust guide plate and screw can be taken out of the saw blade cavity. 3. Select the required dust guide plate, and insert two hexagon screws, and insert the dust guide plate from the saw blade cavity hole. 4. Install the three external screws and tighten them. Adjust the cutting depth to loosen the front and rear two plastic nuts, and open the front and rear two cards, so that the bottom plate can be pulled out, so that after selecting the slotting depth, re-snap the card into the front and rear positioning slots, and tighten the plastic nuts.
