The storage area of raw materials requires dry, ventilated, classified storage. No other materials or items should be stored in the area, and hygiene requirements are clean. 2. Formula storage. The formula weight is set according to the requirements of the technical department, and sorted and stored in the formula area. 3. Raw material mixing. The raw materials and formula are transported into the buffer area in an orderly manner, and the automatic mixer independently completes the suction, mixing, heating, cooling and conveying. 4. Pipe molding. Set the temperature to 170 degrees before starting the machine and heat it for 3 hours. When starting the machine, remove the impurities in the equipment with the clean material. After removing the impurities, the production material is started. The screw speed gradually increases to the set speed, and the water flow and compressed air are adjusted during the speed increase until the pipe is formed. 5. Pipe handling. Complete the inspection work of the pipe before transportation, and timely detect whether the ring steel, ring softness and other indicators meet the quality requirements, and the pipes that meet the requirements are automatically loaded into storage.
