Epoxy zinc-rich primer, as the name suggests, is a kind of primer. It is mainly used in anti-rust and anticorrosive projects of some facilities such as machinery and steel structures. The anticorrosive performance of epoxy zinc-rich primer largely depends on the zinc content of the paint itself. The basic epoxy zinc-rich primer produced by our factory is an anticorrosive paint that meets the national standards. The zinc content ranges from 30% to 70%, which can better meet the construction requirements and quality requirements of customers to a greater extent. The so-called hundred news is not as good as seeing it at first sight, and it's not as good as if you used it yourself. 1. Composition: A two-component coating made of epoxy resin, pulp and curing agent. 2. Features: The paint has strong anti-rust performance, cathodic protection, can penetrate into the welding gap, solvent corrosion resistance, stable weather resistance in the sun, easy to precipitate, and the construction process requirements are high. 3. Uses: Suitable for steel surface rust prevention, shipbuilding industry underwater metal surface coating and chemical anticorrosive metal priming. 4. Construction reference and precautions 1. The surface is first sandblasted to remove impurities such as rust spots, oil stains, etc., and then coated with this paint. 2. During construction and use, mix component 1 and component 2 evenly in a 9:1 ratio, and leave for 20-30min before use. Stir continuously during use to ensure the consistency of the ingredients. 3. According to the construction needs, use diluent to adjust the appropriate viscosity, and the spraying effect is better. 4. The interval between the two courses should be 24-48h. After drying, the next coating is carried out. The thickness of the two paint films is 20-30μm. 5. Construction is not advisable on humid or rainy days. 6. The storage period is one year. If the paint quality test is qualified after the expiration date, it can continue to be used without obvious changes.
