For a tungsten ore beneficiation plant, the quality of tungsten ore beneficiation process design directly affects the quality of the final beneficiation index, the investment and construction cost and the production cost after commissioning. Therefore, when designing the beneficiation process, the scheme with mature technology, reliable production and high economic benefits should be selected, and the following principles and methods should be followed. The process includes: (1) preparation operations, that is, crushing, screening, grinding and grading; (2) sorting, that is, selectively recovering useful minerals and discarding gangue minerals to the maximum extent possible, so that the different useful components in the ore are enriched in different products. The methods include: re-selection method, flotation method, magnetic separation method, electrostatic beneficiation method, photoelectric beneficiation method, manual selection and chemical method; (3) auxiliary operations, namely concentrate concentration, drying, classification, packaging transportation and tailings treatment.
